With the new year upon us, COVID19 is still not news of the past. It is understandable to feel what has been identified as COVID19 fatigue.
To make safety habits as easy to adopt as possible, Carisa Parrish, M.A., Ph.D., published by Johns Hopkins University, recommends the following:
- Make a commitment.
- Stay flexible as recommendations change.
- Practice precautions until they’re second nature.
- Keep necessary supplies handy.
- Use stories to understand risks and consequences
